Lavage de Vitres National

Beet's web team was mandated by Lavage de Vitres National to completely redesign and develop their new custom ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), including the administrator version and the employee portal. The purpose of the transfer was to adapt the new solution to the realities of the company and to be able to add and modify functionalities in the long term. A flexible and simplified ERP was created in order to be able to manage easily, in an efficient and automatic way, employees, their tasks, clients accounts, customers, rates, quotes, invoicing and transaction tracking, among others. Employees also now have access to a version of their portal that is more pleasant to consult and use. This allows them to track their tasks, indicate their completion in real time and obtain confirmation signatures from customers. The two platforms are connected with the aim of simplifying communication between employees and the administration and for the latter to receive the data necessary for company's proper functioning.
