Advise and support the client and putting the final product online after the partial redesign.
Passerelle initially sought Beet's web team's expertise to improve the user experience (UX/UI) of its recently developed website, which had not yet been launched. A comprehensive structural analysis and functional audit were conducted to compile a list of recommendations and priorities. The main goal was to ensure that the digital platform not only better met the client's communication needs but, more importantly, made it much easier for users to access the information they were looking for. Subsequently, Passerelle engaged Beet's in-house design and development talents to implement most of these recommendations, thereby improving the structure, presentation, and functionality of their resource indexes, tools, training, and news. The site's architecture was revised to create a more logical categorization of content, and page templates and reusable blocks were developed to facilitate the rapid integration of new pages in the future. Essential and high-priority features, such as a precise integrated search function, were added, while other, more complex features were temporarily removed for more thorough planning and implementation at a later stage.
