Demix Online Orientation

Beet has developed an online OHS employee onboarding platform for Demix, a construction materials company based in Quebec. The OHS platform is accessible on a dedicated web application, allowing participants to complete it at their own pace before accessing the site. The online OHS platform covers essential topics related to workplace health and safety, such as workplace hazards, safe work practices, and emergency response. It also educates participants on Demix's OHS policies and procedures. The platform consists of a series of informative slides interspersed with small quizzes to test users' OHS knowledge and learning. Upon completing the OHS employee onboarding training, each user receives a certificate via email to demonstrate their understanding. This certificate is presented to the site manager upon the worker's arrival on site. This user-friendly and simple tool is helping Demix managers facilitate their transition to digital OHS!
