Context
The Ordre des dentistes du Québec entrusted Beet with the complete redesign of its website for the Journées dentaires internationales du Québec (JDIQ), a prestigious conference bringing together more than 10,000 dental professionals. The main objective was to modernize the existing brand image while creating an intuitive and practical digital platform for participants, exhibitors, speakers, and organizers.

The mandate achieved several key strategic objectives, including a significant improvement in user experience through the creation of a modern, seamless, and easily navigable website. Beet streamlined website management through a flexible architecture and an intuitive interface. The organizing team can now create new pages independently using repeatable blocks, without requiring advanced technical skills. The API connection ensures automatic synchronization with external databases, eliminating manual data handling.
Custom forms played a key role in optimizing logistical processes, facilitating speaker registration, application submissions, and exhibition space reservations. This reduced management time and improved operational efficiency.
The modern design and intuitive navigation reinforced the congress’s positioning as a leader in the dental field. Beyond simplifying event logistics, the website served as a dynamic digital showcase. The homepage design, built to be scalable, can be adapted for each new edition of the congress based on specific themes and industry challenges.
